Looking to trade/sell this knife for a stainless clad or full stainless one for work.
It’s a really good offering from Simon. This knife cuts extremely well, super stiff spine and good forged distal taper without a super thin tip. Really nicely done handle and saya. Very clean iron for polish testing and is super easy to sharpen up.
Trade-wise, I’m looking for a 210-240mm stainless clad/full stainless. It can be a J-knife or western maker.
Original value of this knife was around $500. It was traded to me with a value of $400+. I’ll drop it to $325 sale/trade value.
