WTB /WTT Flat profile Yanick Gyuto

Hello my friends!

Sorry I haven’t been super absent as of late… my wife and I are in the process of moving to Richmond for new jobs and we just bought a house! Big stuff happening over here.

Anyhow, I know I had mentioned this before, but I am looking for a Yanick with a flatter profile. Preferably one in good-newish condition.

I have lots of good stuff and would be willing to work something out for the right knife. Not necessarily in a rush… just looking for the right one.
