Hi KKF,
I am selling a Haburn KU wide bevel which I got very recently from Haburn himself. I am selling this as I have a damascus by him and can't really justify to keep both.
The blade is close-to-new, as it was used for 3 vegetables only to test it's performance. No patina on the knife, no stropping or touch ups.
I got this knife because I heard that his wide bevel grind is the most performant grind of Haburn, and I confirm that this knife is among the smoothest 3 cutters I have ever touched. It cuts phenomenally well and whoever will get the knife will love it.
Specs:
248 x 52.5 mm
214g
52100 steel
I paid 1283 USD for the knife, and am looking at 1190 USD shipped.
I am ok with trades given the right knives (from the usual suspects), but prefer a straight-off sale as my collection has grown too large.
