Two excellent knives with VERY minimal use. I'd wager to say both have only been used once.
Neither have been sharpened or stropped, all original edge.
Tetsujin 270mm Gyuto Blue 2 -- w/ Ziricote + G10 spacers Handle -- SOLD

The new handle fixes the awkward overly blade forward balance point that the knife initially had. Larger and heavier handle pushes the balance point back to the perfect spot.
Knife is $500 new and the handle ran me about $135, iirc, so I am about $635. Listing it for $550, which seems to be on par with other nicely handled Tetsujin 270s

I'll be open that I paid a very pretty penny for this knife when they were particularly hard to find still and once again, it has a custom made handle that was made specifically for the knife.

Will list the knife at close to market value, so let's say $650
Note: This knife has a small heel chip that was there the day that I got it. I am trying to track down a picture as I'm traveling but it will likely come out at the first sharpening.
