I’ll try to broaden my horizon here and are now more general looking for a sturdy work horse gyuto with as black kurouchi as possible.
Doesn’t necessarily have to be an expensive blade. Makers like Merion, Maillet, Heldqvist and so on.

I’ll sweeten the deal by offering this Heldqvist in a trade also.
