Going to catch and release this one as I got a Shi Han in a trade I favor a little more. Used at work twice and home once. Just a little light for me, would prefer something from Jonas a little heavier. If no interest, it’ll end up into my work knife rotation.

Preforms really well. Good middleweight with a really nicely done handle. Goes through onions cleanly and can handle dense veg very well.
