Mazaki used only a few times and never sharpened. Great strong deba with a slightly more mioroshi profile. Gorobei Yanagi used several times and has been sharpened once. Also was placed flat on coarser stone to see the geometry. Quite a few low spots and could make a fun project or 1st lefty yanagiba for someone. I figured this could be a good package for someone looking to get into single bevels and not get charged criminally for a lefty.
I paid $275 for the deba and $205 for the Yanagi. Selling for $200 $175 for deba and $100 for yanagi or both shipped would be $300 $250. Will accept trades for work-oriented knives like SS clad or fully stainless.
