Yep, there are very few out there. I've scrolled through all of Ben Kamon's IG posts so I'm familiar with all the ones he's ever posted, which is to say not many.
That said, it's the number one thing I want so the search continues.
Sounds good. Any particular reason why this is number one?
I love the regular profile Kamon gyuto I have at the moment and want to try out the new shape. The shape reminds me a lot of some of my other favorite knives and I genuinely enjoy his work in terms of both function and design.
