Hello Again KKF,

Today I have for you an exceedingly rare and beautiful knife up for trade. The Xerxes Rose Damascus gyuto, part of a series Jannis called "Across the Garden", because he used ten different steels to create the damascus pattern. It's form and function combined. The laser geometry ghosts through dense produce, and looks incredible doing it. I don't really know why I'm putting this out there to be honest... maybe just to keep things spicy in BST... I won't be sad if this doesn't find a worthy trade. [Yes, I have given Luke right of first refusal]

Specs:
Cutting Edge: 254mm
Height @ Heel: 56mm
Weight: 247g
Steel: Damascus
Handle: Ironwood w/ bronze bolster and pin
Geometry: Laser, but with a little more heft
Purchased from: Trade from KKF Member as brand new
Condition: Nearly brand new. No patina observable. Used twice. Original edge, no sharpening or stropping.
Trade Value: $2,300 (Retailed for $2,200 plus US customs of around $100)
Original Post: 25 cm laser "rose damascus steel"

What I'm looking for:

smaller gyutos (210-220mm), sujihikis (270-300mm), petties (170-190mm) from the following makers:

The Nine
Yanick
Milan

In that order.

Won't say no to a recent Milan Deep Etch though...
