Bought new from Epic Edge last year. Used and has some light patina here and there.

Installed a Heiji burnt chestnut handle for 210 (burnt in; nicely done). Sharpened for maybe twice. Excessively sharpened the area around heel to make the profile less dead-flat, so the choil doesn’t reflect how thin it is at edge for most part of the knife.

Selling for $250 all inclusive CONUS.

213 mm*51 mm
157 gram; balanced at pinch grip (see picture below)
Spine is 3.9 mm thick at handle, 3.6 above the heel, 1.9 in the middle and 0.6 at 1 cm from the tip.

Yes it’s nice and it has one of my favorite handles. I bought 4 burnt chestnut handles from Heiji and installed them on my 4 favorite knives: a Kato, a Shig, a Toyama and this Yoshi.

Love the Yoshi, cuts everything like butter, any reason you are selling it?
I wanted my wife to use it, but she prefers something less nice which I can understand. I usually use 240s so it doesn’t see much use. It’s not a fancy knife for collection so I want it to be used.

LOL just today my wife says she keeps using her one petty because all my other knives are too fancy.

I have the exact same Yoshi and love it - it’s still my measuring stick for how well new knives cut. GLWS.
