I want to sell this Yoshi shirogami #2 gyuto 240 mm.
The knife is lightly used and developed patina. I sharpened only once in order to remove some low spots I found out of the box. There are some scratches left from stone, as you can see from video.
Asking 215€ (shipping included in EU). The knife comes with the original box.
