Underrated knife. The more you use it the more you'll like it. The cutting performance reminds me of a Kuwahara.

Thoughts and Observations
- Very flat profile, even flatter than most santokus (a plus for me)
- One of the better onion cutters I've used.
- Can wedge quite a bit in the initial thick cuts in a carrot.
- Tip is deceptively thin.
- Excellent food release (see video below).
- Decent blue steel. A bit more refined than average, but nothing special.

- Hira is somewhat concave on the left side but slightly convex on the right..
- Kireha is very slightly convex throughout, almost flat.
