Whichever ones I’m not using at work, I rotate a couple daily. Here’s what I’ve got today. I used to have a rule that if my knife bag (18 or 20 slots) and home bar were full, that’s enough knives and I better sell some off, but cleavers blew that right into the rubbish bin.

I like your styles. But I have two criticisms to make. Not enough beige or clashing colors. Carry on.

Triggered! The cleaver is facing the wrong way. How can you post such a harsh picture!

Most brilliantly composed knife rack I've seen to date.

My home knives are mostly junk knives with the lone exception of a Mac gyuto. The rest are divided into three groups.
1) The knives I use at work. The most functional are in this group.
2) Knives retired from group 1. Many need some TLC and should be in my home block/rack if I had a bit more motivation.
3) Display knives. Older blades I'm buying and refurbishing/re-handling. They might make it into group 1 but right now I want to make a display of my favorite German knives.
