Hi all, I finally received my Zen Honyaki and I wanted to say that I couldn't be happier with it. It had a long and arduous journey to Louisiana (back and forth between China a few times lol), so it is not an understatement to say that the anticipation had built more so than normal after ordering a knife, but the wait was well worth it. I am not a professional chef, I am a home "chef" that loves to cook. I don't have the knowledge to submit a detailed review on the level of others on this forum, but I know enough to know it cuts very well and has good release so far.
