i have a few nice knives that I would like to send off to be refinished / polished ( including 2 honyaki ) I’m in West Australia and would rather not sent knives international but looking for a high level of finish. Any options please ?? Thanks Mike

Never used. bough on here circa 2015, carefully stored and oiled. Comes with all original papers with exception of the small sticker on handle the lifted off. I've not seen any of Kazuo Doi's knives in NOS condition since this one was posted in 2015. Stunning Kanji and overall piece. $ 750...

Hinoura from a fellow member arrived + zdp petty from JCK. Hattori Cowry x scalpel and little utility Takada AS ive had for some time just never got round to taking a photo..

they are super special, cant explain really.... simplicity, rawness you could apply those terms to a lot of knives but these are just perfect in my opinion. they are however the only knives i own that i am hesitant to use.... photos don't do them justice

measured it- its a 210 not a 240.. decent cheap carbon, Id also look at japanesechefknife .com - Koki is a really nice guy to deal with and fast delivery from japan to Aus. Had lots of knives from them and never an issue mike

Is that a sukenari shape just zdp blank- I almost bought the same knife last week- I read it as a different knife shaper using sukenari steel. Love to know how it performs - think I might have to pull the trigger anyway!

Thanks, - its a Konosuke 240 Honyaki in white#2 i actually bought off the forum over a year ago ( time flies!) dont have the measurements to hand - can measure up if you would like, its been around the world being re-handled and not seen use by me yet - its a thing of beauty but cant wait to put...
