    Favorite Bloody Mary

    Whether I'm making a mix from fresh tomatoes or juice, my ingredients don't change much from the basic horseradish , Worchestershire sauce, hot sauce , lemon juice , celery salt etc. Anyone have any good twists to try?

    It may sound obvious, but I suggest that guys shipping sold knives, or pass around knives, pack them like they'd want to receive them. Wrap them well and protect the tip for sure. Some guys use a piece of cork or cardboard and painters tape for the tip. There should be no movement in the box...

    Leftover traditions

    Anyone have any family traditions with Thanksgiving leftovers? My wife and I grew up in separate households with scrambled eggs , caramelized onions and diced turkey as a morning after tradition. We were more interested in leftovers than the original meal.

    From a friend/customer. He thinks it's hippo tooth. I guessed walrus but really have no idea. (Must have been a heavy coffee drinker or smoker). A buddy of mine said possibly fossilized walrus.     Hello from Long Island, NY

    Survived the Hurricane. Sharpened 25 kitchen knives while the power was out. Very sharp neighborhood now . Love to cook, grew up in the business . Now just for friends and family, but I'm delighted to continue to share culinary info when friends and associates need advice
