Looking at K Sabatier in Particular, the post WWII production.
I noticed some blades are stamped with a K, other knives have K Sabatier stamped on the wood handle (no markings on the blade) and the current production seems etched on the blade.
What would be the production period of the stamped handles knives? 60's, 70's, 80's? Would this make a decent refurb project?
