Anyone use a Microwave Steamer before?

Was wondering if you guys have ever used a "microwave steamer". Do they work well?

I'm opening a very fast casual sushi place but want some cooked items on the menu as well, such as steamed chicken. The chicken would already be pre-steamed (or pre sous vide) and would just be warmed up to order from a chilled state, but I need it done AS FAST AS POSSIBLE! I also can't have a hood in my kitchen, so I'm pretty limited (no fryers or open flame cooking). The fastest way would be to keep the chicken warm in a steam table but I don't want overcooked mushy chicken that's been on the steam table for hours, so it's gotta go from chilled to hot. I have to assume this would be the fastest way to do it... Anyone have experience with such a device?
