I was at my brother's house and his butter knives are sharper than his kitchen knives. I want to get him a smaller gyuto as a birthday gift.
Ideally it would be:
-Around 200-210mm, this is flexible depending on the knife)
-Tall enough to use on a board (no low pettys)
-Stainless would be best but I think he can handle a less reactive carbon blade
-Price of 120 or less
-He's always used western handles, so that is preferred, but not required
-I like the used route to get him a bit more knife for the money, but it needs to be presentable (lightly used)
