Looking for stainless or semistainless 300mm sujihiki

Any suggestions? I'm looking for a 300mm stainless or semistainless suji. At the 300mm length in stainless, there aren't many options. It's either one of the Sakai lasers (Konosuke, Ginga, Yusuke), Carbonext, Hattori FH, or Suisin Inox or some other western handled molybdenum-vanadium.

Does anyone have a particular favorite? I'm leading toward the Hattori FH right now.

What about a Hiromoto? It's wrapped in stainless and is totally non reactive in my experience.

This is a good choice, but unless Im mistaken these arent available anymore.

As you noted there are less choices available at the 300mm length. The price of poker also goes up fast when compared to 270mm.

They offer a 300 but it's been out of stock for awhile.
