I was in New Hampshire visiting friends and we went to the Merrimack Outlet Mall where there were both a Henckel's and Le Creuset store. The Le Creuset was pretty standard in its cost structure, a small discount on standard colors and a 50% discount on oddball colors with limited selection of them.

The Henckel's store was a total waste: I wanted to see if they had any Kramer's for my friends - and they did - at exactly the same price one can get them at a Sur La Table or Bed Bath.

A total waste of time in other words, I find the idea of a so called outlet store selling stuff at full price pretty absurd.

I would never pay full price for Henckels, they often have sales so I'd just wait. I remember when the ZK 52100 10" chef knife came out it was selling for $500 CAD; I got mine for under $365 CAD with tax, delivery, etc.
