Italian crostini recipes wanted

Looking to make a few classic Italian crostini. One will probably be chicken liver a la Toscana and the others I haven't figured out yet. Anyone have suggestions or recipes you really love. Hoping to keep it classic and seasonal

My favorite is Sardines in tomato on garlic rubbed garlic toast. Drizzle of oil oil.
