Hi there,
My names Jordan and I'm new to the knife 'enthusiast' scene, but I've been following several posts on this website for a little over a week now in an attempt to determine what I'd like as a christmas present from my better half.
As stated in the title, I'm from Ellon, Scotland, which is a few mile north of Aberdeen city. A little about myself; I work as a quality assurance technican for an oil company and have a keen interest in home cooking. So much so, that the family quite often use my interest in cooking to their advantage!
My cooking skills have developed over several years of trial and error, but my knifemanship is average at best. I look forward to using this forum as a way to develop my knowledge on knives and the coveted ways of knife sharpening.
