For sale is my Kato Workhorse 240 Gyuto. Like new, has not been used or sharpened, does have some light scratches toward the tip barely visible in pic.

Actually just finished a 2 hour prep session with a 240 WH. Really enjoyed it!

As a side note though, I REALLY feel like the 210 WH and 240 WH are very different cutting experiences.. and ditto for the WH to Kato standard line. If for some reason you don't like the 240 WH, I can't recommend trying one of the others strong enough, as opposed to writing off the maker all together.

Perhaps that London meet up might have to start soon. I have a Kato workhorse 180 Nakiri KU and 180 Gyuto kasumi. It would be great comparing the line up!
