Hey everyone,

Just started looking at Japanese knives after visiting a local store. I won't have a chance to go back for a bit and doing some research online so hoping that someone could help identify a knife I saw.

It's the Gyuto with the brown oval handle.

That is most likely an Akifusa gyuto.
Probably SRS-15 steel. (Not quite sure about this.)
