Kato 210 gyutos

Yet another Kato thread!

I’m putting two 210 Kato kasumi gyutos up for trade - one WH, the other a std. Not interested in selling right now.

Both never sharpened, only tested at home. I will follow up with pics and measurements later.

I’m looking for the following:

Kato 180 gyuto
Kato 195 gyuto
Kato 180 nakiri
Kato 220 suji (maybe)

Shig western - anything, preferably 210 or 180. Will add cash
Shig 220 suji (maybe)
