That's probably my favorite of the knives you've posted so far! What I really like is the shape and lines of the knife as well as the blade finish.

What material is the bolster?

Really? It seems that many people like it as well! This was intentionally made plain and simple and it worked well...It was much easier than the other knives I make, also. The bolster is made from"jewelry brass".. if the translation is right!
