310mm stainless slicer (not very flexible) in Aeb-l at 61HRC. Thin and nibble. Flat to convex bevels, hand sanded to 500 grit. Rounded and polished spine & choil. Thuya burl & stabilised hornbeam handle.

Cutting edge length - 310mm
Blade height - 39mm
Overall length - 477mm
Spine thickness - 2.82mm / 2.51mm / 0.85mm at 10mm from the tip.
Edge thickness - 0.13mm at 1mm from the edge.
Weight - 191g
