Amazing little Catcheside integral steak knife. Silver steel at 62/63 hrc. Blackwood and curly birch used in handle. I was going to clean this up like new but lack of time means i am selling as is with some marks on blade. Price reflects this for quick sale. never thinned and only sharpened lightly a few times.
