This is a recipe booklet published in 1930 by Hector Boiardi, Who we know of today as Chef Boyarbee, Hector changed the spelling so people would pronounce his last name correctly. As you might expect the recipes feature Chef Boyarbee canned sauces in the recipes. These sauces are still available.

Italian dishes😅
They were a God send to my parents who didn't have a lot of money back in the early 1960's. The canned Chef Boy-Ar-Dee ravioli was a delicious meal for a little boy.

Thanks for posting that link. Always neat to see old cookbooks.
And that other book about the family; I'll have to check out the availability on Amazon.
