Here are two more knives up for sale from Stefan's personal collection, both with handles of his making.

Stats:
Models & Sizes
- Watanabe
*185mm Honesuki
125mm (Deba (small) or Ajikiri(?)

Steel - ?

Blade Thickness
Honesuki - 5mm
Deba - 4mm

Weights
Honesuki - 9.4oz (266.5g)
Deba - 4.6oz (130.4g)

Handles - Made by Stefan Keller
Honesuki - Rosewood (from Belize) and Buffalo Horn
Deba - Redwood (East Indian) and Spalted Signature Wood w/red spacer

Condition - Both knives have patina and rust, the deba showing the worst of it. The deba has a chipped tip. The honesuki has edge nicks at the heel. The handles are in decent condition although I need to note that the buffalo horn on the honesuki has some separations (hairline cracks) happening at the growth rings, which is a natural occurrence but noteworthy none-the-less. See pictures below for details.

Packaging - None

Shipping Costs/Etc. - Included in the price for USA buyers only. International buyers will pay an additional $45 fee. *Note - Custom declaration forms will have the actual price paid listed on the forms for insurance purposes.
*International buyers restricted from purchase of honesuki due to handle material export laws regarding "rosewood".

Prices
Honesuki - $425* $325* $275* $199*
Deba - $325 $225 $175 - SOLD

Payment Types - Paypal & Venmo

My PM source says....

Pro line Ajikiri. Blue # 2.

No Blue stamp on Honesuki - safe to assume White # 2.

I realize that single bevel knives don't have the interest that they once did on the forums. Add in that these two knives aren't in pristine condition - let's drop the prices down significantly and see if we can get any takers...

Price Reductions!
Honesuki - $425* $325* $275* $199*
Deba - $325 $225 $175 - SOLD

I love my Wat honesuki. So easy to make sharp.

This one has a much nicer handle. And at a very reasonable price. And it looks like Mr Watanabe has closed his books for now.

Anyone wanting to try a honesuki- take another look at this.

Last Price Drop on the honesuki. This is an incredible deal for this knife!!!

Honesuki - $425* $325* $275* $199*
