Hi everyone,
I have been using some Kikuchi/ Masamoto knives for a while now but recently started getting interested more other Japanese knife makers / different types of steels.

Looking forward to learning more about knives here !
 
Welcome! This is a good place to learn about knives, so many makers on here, if you have and particular questions feel free to dm me! im a fairly new maker but i have a really good teacher so im fairly knowledgeable.

Hi, So sorry for the late reply I have a masamoto 210 ks gyuto, some masamoto shirogami debas, and yannigibas. Kikuchi I use a 270 swedish steel gyuto which is my favorite one so far! Also have a small Kikuchi deba
