FS: Sakai Yusuke 240mm flat profile white steel #2 gyuto, ichii handle

I got this off BST last year and it was in a little rough shape. Refinished and sharpened by Jon at JKI and he installed a really nice ichii handle. It's grown a nice patina from natural use in the past 7 months.

I'm admitting to myself I'm a 210mm guy so this is going. I just don't use it. I've touched up the edge a couple times.

Great knife, very thin. Not sure what it's worth so let's try $250 shipped within the US. Still less than I have in it. Original box included.

I should add that I would consider trades for a 210mm carbon gyuto in same ballpark, pricewise.

For those who aren't familiar, this thread gives great insight on this knife. My experience with it was nothing shy of amazing. Just shy on heel height for my personal taste.
