Hard times at the mo in this household. Gotta let the sexiest knife I've ever held go! Very close to brand new condition. Never sharpened, just a microbevel put on. Don't have the time to cook so much recently let alone indulge in katsuramuki etc. ideally need the dough but will entertain offers of partial trades. $825 USD including insured and tracked shipping to most places
