It’s been a long time since frequenting around here for me. I used to be a member around 15 years ago and was quite addicted to Japanese steel and hunting them down.
I still have every knife I’ve bought over 20 years, most sit oiled in their boxes inside another storage box.
My wife and I are just humble home cooks who share a love of cooking, art and cars.
