I bought this wonderful knife from Daddy Yo Yo as BNIB (only very few testcuts, I could not tell it was used)
I've now tried to get used to 240mm for the last couple of months as homecook with very limited and light use, but it just does not do the trick for me. One of these days a finger will be added to the soup.
It is entirely virgin to the stones.
If more pictures are needed please let me know, I've little idea what is important and thus just took pictures of everything
Only real condition fault is the tip where 1 mm broke off after it was bent due to a careless mistake with a slight bump while washing the very first time :*(.
