thank you!! yes, that is the knife that gave me a whole new perspective on both cutlery and cooking! I've got a few pics taken (and also of some of my JNats) but still haven't gotten around to a photobucket site. been battling a flu since early saturday morning and finally feeling somewhat human today.

than you all for making me feel so welcome on KKF! I likely wont be on much today, but wanted to check in and say I've not been intimidated away. LOL tho you guys clearly have forgotten more about steel and knives that I could ever possibly know!
