Hi everyone,
I have been a member of a couple other knife forums as well , I have realized the more I look into really cool stuff or custom makers more I find my self in this forum browsing.
I have been living down under for the last 3 years and this the 3rd country I have been working as a Chef so far. I have done my time in big hotels and fine dining restaurants now I do modern Mediterranean cuisine in a winery in Hunter Valley.
I don't own as much cool knives as some members do , hopefuly I can change that without wife noticing it .
I have a Japan trip upcoming , I will be sharing details and pictures soon
