Haburn Gyuto: AEB-L, 230mm x 53mm, 241g. Handle is redwood burl with a copper bolster and spacers. Knife was sent to Ian who was kind enough to bring it back to ‘near new’ condition … really is a beauty … knife has Ian’s S-grind.


Price is $600 shipped CONUS/Insured, sorry no international sales at this time.
