Got this knife in a trade and wanted to work in it. It wasn’t in as good shape as I thought. Hasn’t been thinned but had a broken tip and a chunk out of the handle and light pitting. Handle was huge so fixing that wasn’t a problem and tip is good to go. 240mm gyuto height is 47. Contacted Ian he said it’s W2 with hamon, maple handle and is very close to the original height. Great knife for someone looking to put some work in. Cuts really good. Asking $350 shipped conus
