I’ve been on the hunt for a Hado Junpaku gyuto either 210 or 240mm. I unfortunately missed out and wasn’t quick enough on a recent listing for one so figured I’d post the interest for anyone who might be willing to part with theirs new or used. Also open to one of the ko-bunka in the same line. Thanks!
