My name is Bernard and I live just above the equator in Singapore. I just wanted to say hi to people on this forum whom I have learned a lot on various topics reading the threads.

I started off with French cuisine, then Italian and now Japanese. As much as I like Japanese food, I am equally in love with the Japanese knives, especially the traditional ones.
