Heiji makes them -- sold by JKI and also Japan-Tool as well as direct by the maker I believe. Also, Itinnomon (JNS).
 
Shigeharu makes a lot of stainless clad, korouchi finish knives. Got a pretty 180mm from there when I was in Kyoto. The knife maker has had his shop since the 1100's. Thank you for information guys. Now, I see that stainless clads are as good as any others.
