I’m listing the knives below for trade. Not interested in selling.

210 Kato WH gyuto - US$600
210 Shig Kasumi gyuto - US$600
Kato parer - U$290

Pics to follow. Both gyutos were bought new, used a handful of times at home and never sharpened. The parer I got at BST lightly used. I sharpened and refinished it.

I’m looking for:

Kato 180 or 195 gyuto
Kato nakiri
Shig Kasumi western (180 or 210 gyutos, sujis)

Will add or receive cash depending on the knife.
