Can anyone identify the western handled gyuto in the pics and linked video?

The video should start at the correct time, but it's 2:04 if it doesn't.

It looks like it has a demibolster/half finger guard. Plus the square, angular shape of the bolster, the pointier than normal birdbeak at the end of the handle and the thicker than normal looking spine out of the handle with good taper and lack of patina leads me to believe it may be a MAC SBK-95. The kanji looks like it lines up too with the square stamp at the bottom, although the one he is using has a couple extra characters. You can clearly see the 2nd kanji up from the square stamp match at least. And his looks like a 270 or 300 mm, the SBKs tend to run 10 mm short like Sakai knives.
