- Excellent line knife, super thin and sharp, holds an edge for a long time. It now has a cool acid etch and patina that (I think) looks great. It is a super nice knife that I wouldn't sell if I didn't already have a line style knife I like using. Not sharpened by me, only used gently for 2-3 shifts. 3. JKI Small Cleaver w/ MHenry Custom Handle (red malee) - Carbon clad in stainless

- Upon receiving this, all I did was apply bees wax/mineral oil blend to the handle and wrap it in plastic wrap for 3 days, the handle rehydrated beautifully and has no signs of having ledges/uneven finish between the different materials.
