I have a brand new Konosuke HH Swedish stainless steel 240mm wa-gyuto for sale. It does not come with a saya, but it comes new in the original box and packaging. This one is hardened to 61HRC with the typical Sakai laser geometry. Outstanding fit and finish with rounded polished spine and eased choil. Ho-wood handle with black buffalo horn ferrule. I was doing some cleaning and packing for my upcoming move, and this knife came out of nowhere. Hah! I'd purchased it and then had forgotten all about it. A clear sign I have too many knives.
