BNIB - never used or sharpened, Martell set.

I bought these in June 2017, from what I understand there have been two significant price rises since then. Looking to get what I paid.

I'm selling because I have too many knives and looking for a more curated Japanese set. These knives are perfect, amazing handles, incredible profile, so thin behind the edge, they are screaming to be used. I am going to regret selling them I think.

Maybe some choil shots might inspire some prospective buyers?

I'm surprised none of these have sold yet. Martells aren't readily available, and Dave puts a lot of attention to detail in his work. I bought a very nice gyuto from him in 2020. Hope you can find these a good home so they can get some well deserved use.

Can you post a choil shot and distal taper picture for the gyuto, please? I’m looking for a Western maker to try but haven’t decided yet.
