Nakiri Shigefusa Kitaeji I bought new and never used.
It is by far the best nakiri I had in the hands, from user-friendly to laser but with very good rhythm. Good food release too.
This (very time consuming) uchigumori polish made with extreme hard fingerstones shows the pattern quite lively.
$800, would ship worldwide.

The handle became very sweet and has been treated with linseed oil

I sharpened the edge on this tiny stone. It is the hardest uchigumori.
The sharpness is incredible now as you can see on the video:

If you prefer a micro bevel for longer lasting edge, ask me.

In case of you damage the polish and you want to have it back again..
Here are some fingerstones I used for last step of the polish . They are lacquered with paper, thinned and polished so you can use them without any other preparation.
I give you two fingerstones HS62 and two HS70, more than enough to do the knife twice or more .
