Hello,

I am interested in selling my Kisuke Manaka Blue#2 240 Gyuto. It doesn't have it's original matte dark kasumi and instead it's polished on natural stones. When I got it, the bevel was stone ready so I just polished it on higher grit stones and I didn't alter the original geometry of the knife. The initial bevel felt sticky to larger onions and its performance definitely improved after polishing it. It should be noted that the kuroichi has faded a bit, but from what I've seen that's the usual case with most Manakas. In general, the knife hasn't seen much use and it was sharpened something like 2-3 times.

The price includes shipping and PayPal fees. I am willing to ship to EU only and I will be using the Greek Post office. If you got any question, feel free to DM me.

PRICE: 220€

If you're looking for a carbon steel knife that's completely forged in house, with bevels that are "stone ready," at the lowest possible price, this is your knife.

as far as i know, Manaka and Mazaki are the only people who make everything alone, in house.

Also, most Manaka's you get now come with that kurouchi finish. My first Manaka was a 240mm blue 2, like you have posted, and it had the older jet black finish. almost looked like a lacquer.

@Thpp9 would you mind posting some measurements of the knife?
I couldn't take a photo of the spine measurement, but it's 3,70 at the heel and around 1,80 for its whole length a few centimeters after the heel, showcasing no spine tapering.
